Here is meeting discussion and agreement:
1. Really Appreciate to all parents who involved in helping each other for making Tiger cup success.
2.We agreed to sign a contract with Gary/Boto for this season to train our kids @Bony/@Sara/@Micke will prepare the contract and publish to parents.
Payment for Gary = 10000 sek, Boto = 5000 sek
Discussed that initial payment around 5000 sek to both Gary and boto can be paid during the contract signing from cafeteria money as advance and see how our cafeteria runs during the complete season, we all parents can meet before end of the season to analyze how much we each parent can pay if we dont get enough funds from cafeteria (approx 500-800 sek) .it may decrease depend on our profits in cafeteria.
3.We come to agreement that Parents to take care of their kids water bottles at start and end of each Ice Hockey training.
4.Each Parents must respond to our training and match invites, and make sure kids will be on time for training then only coach/trainer will able to plan the training.
5.About Cafeteria: Micke agreed to take care most of the time cafeteria will be open, when ever he needs help he can send out invite to all parents so we can support each other.
